President Trump Again Refused to Back Off His Administration’s Stance on Fully Repealing the ACA as Deadline to Modify Position in Case Passes
Washington DC – Today, President Trump refused to modify his position in the lawsuit to repeal the entire Affordable Care Act, reaffirming his support for ripping health care from 20 million Americans and protections for 135 million with pre-existing conditions as the coronavirus crisis continues to grip the country. “As tens of thousands of Americans die and more become infected with the coronavirus, President Trump is standing by his position to destroy the health care law and rip coverage from 20 million Americans.
